After each wear or more after wearing?
How often you wash your your their bras? After a wearing? Once a week? Once every couple of weeks?
In the search for the correct answers to these questions, I read literally dozens of articles and I have to communicate to the general consensus around a period of time or number of wearing there.
Late last year, a blog written by LV Anderson has caused quite a storm because in her said she was washing bras once a month completely normal (the title is “Bras are demons accumulated loads of laundry – so wash them as rarely as possible”).After consultation with numerous women in his life (more than 200 in what she wrote, “completely unscientific survey”), the author concluded that the normal period of wearing one bra without washing – about a week or two. But, as every woman has more than one bra that means it monitors once a month, and often much less. So, before you threaten not about one bra that someone had worn continuously for a month.
Sports bras are, of course, quite a different story for obvious reasons – then a lot more perspiration, and none of us wants to “smell” but the bras you need (and the vast majority of us it seems) follows after each use.Besides them, as well as ordinary cotton their bras without wires, washable – just insert them into the machine. Problematic are those with wires and all sorts of foam cups that are, as a rule, wash your hands.
Hundred so it does matter what the season. Logic alone dictates that a bra in the spring and especially in summer, have to wash more often because it is a lot more perspiration. And this is something that almost every woman to consider.
In the search I came across an opinion of New York dermatologist (and leader of cosmetic and clinical research in the coveted Mount Sinai Hospital in New York) Josh Zeichner, dr. Med., Who points out that ideally accompanies bra after every two or three wearing. This can possibly be extended to up to five wearing in the case of a person who is very little sweat. According to him, women their bras do not wash often enough, but it can also have negative effects – can cause irritation, fungal infection or even a bacterial infection of the skin or hair follicle. But the whole story and asked about washing bras dr. Zeichner finished with a joke: “However, all in all, less frequently wash bras will not kill you. Another patient did not lose any of the dirty bra.”
How often then eventually tracks? Generally applies – the more you sweat to them more often be monitored – but the rest is up to each woman alone, to evaluate and to her best.Although everyone agrees that the same bra should be worn for two days because he needed time to “rest” and return to the starting point in terms of shape, and elastic (about the body and straps) will also last a lot longer and look nicer .
I personally have a few bras that rotates and each carry them safely 2-3 times (if not more times that sometimes – admit it!).Maybe start with interesting advice on who I ran into – just rinse water will extend the wear bras – because you will rinse the sweat and oil from it (just what most damaging bra). Although I will of course still thoroughly wash every couple of wearing.
Follow or to wait? The dilemma is that the debate that will continue. And what is your view on this matter? Should we follow them after every wearing absolutely? How often do you you wash your their bras?
